Great article and recipes about the wonderful benefits of flax seeds. They are a great alternative for people who do not eat fish, as a source of omega 3 fatty acids. Flax seeds and flax meal are a good source of soluble fiber which may be beneficial in reducing cholesterol, reducing the exposure of colon cells to cancer-causing chemicals, and helps relieve constipation.
